About Greg.
Coach
A former high school and semi-professional football player in New England, Gregory attended his first Crossfit class in 2013 and became a regular once his football career ended in 2015. Training at multiple boxes over the next 4 years, he was exposed to different coaching and programming styles. Gregory became interested in understanding the methodology of Crossfit coaching and programming. In 2019 he earned his Level 1 coaching certification and immediately began coaching.

Gregory earned his Master’s in Physical Therapy from American International College (2003) and later his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University (2014). Combining Physical Therapy & Crossfit, Gregory has found an avenue to work with people who desire to achieve a higher level of fitness. Dissecting movements and identifying impairments is a trademark of Physical Therapy and provides a great service to the classes he coaches. In his clinic, his patients perform many of the foundational movements of Crossfit throughout their rehab process.
